How to trade in Bybit?

After selecting the currency of the transaction, the order interface is on the right hand side.
Market order
Market price is an order method that immediately enters the current price. Traders can pre-set leverage and contract sizes, but not the execution price.
1. Setting the quantity and leverage.
2. Click the green button for Buy/Long and the red button for Sell/Short.
3. After click Buy/Long or Sell/Short button, a confirmation window will show up as below! Your market order will be executed immediately.
Handling Fees
Due to market orders are executed at the best available market price and consume market liquidity, traders will pay trading fees, which is 0.075% of the transaction volume.
Limit order
Limit price is an order method that enters the price you specify. Limit order will only be executed when the market price meets or exceeds the price you specify. Therefore, you can use it to preset a buy order at a lower price or a sell order at a higher price.
1. Setting the quantity, leverage multiple, and order price.
2. Click the green button for Buy/Long and the red button for Sell/Short.
3. The limit order will enter the order book await to be executed until the market price reach the price you preset.
Handling Fees
Limit order provides liquidity to the market so traders will not be charged handing fee. As a liquidity provider, a maker, you will earn a trading fee of 0.025%.
